How Does It Take To Heal After A Brazilian

Security: Circles district

The security issue should not be dealt with only by force. A state that thinks to secure its territory and ensure the safety of its citizens, can not deceive himself. I believe that the state, not only has a duty to defend its citizens to killings, rapes, and thefts, but also has all the power and means to do so. It 'obvious that when it focuses only on force, has been a loser from the start. Instead, it must act on prevention and prophylaxis of crime. So care education, justice, and some effective immigration control, safe prisons, the fight against drug trafficking, street lighting and more. But I say more. To monitor the land, would take many more police, than there can afford. So I think we should involve the citizens. In many and various ways. But of all, I think the most important function that people can play there is that of the control first of its territory. That's why I propose that the state are promoting the establishment of the Working District, with the participation of citizens, heads of schools, law enforcement officials, clergy and other prominent representative in quuali citizens can collectively all information relating to their neighborhood: the presence of shady people, drug trafficking, violence, dangerous situations, etc. ... All this information very seriously and will be collected from a control station and made available to the police who can study on the precise figures, updated and capillaries, the area's situation and remedy it. I believe that the public would have every interest and enthusiasm needed to perform this important function and the result would be to identify quickly and early, compared to the explosion of violence, risk situations and to enable the police to intervene surgically.
